Our client operates in the aged and community care industry, where the compliance burden had grown rapidly and a widening disconnect had opened up between the organisation’s ambition to deliver high-quality care and the resources available to do it.
They wanted to be sure their IT strategy was aligned and optimised to deliver their corporate strategic goals, and to understand their capability to deliver AI-driven optimisation in the future.

We recommended and helped revamp the IT governance and planning processes, including a formally managed technical debt register to give the business real visibility of how IT projects were prioritised.
A business-outcome IT business partner team
We helped stand up an IT business partner team focused on business outcomes, to identify and prioritise the initiatives that could deliver NPV-positive process improvements, aligned to strategy.
AI-enablement workshops
Using clear assessment criteria, we facilitated workshops with each business unit to identify AI-enablement use cases, weighing the opportunity, cost and impact of each within a governance framework built to manage security, privacy and commercial risk.
