We developed and documented a set of recommendations for the deployment of infrastructure, the development of support & training processes and instigation of a cultural change process to foster improved internal collaboration and communication.
University IT organisation and service level review:
Providing a detailed review of the University’s IT group considering service delivery performance, architecture, team structure and reporting lines, systems ownership and support, and benchmarking against best practice. A key area of focus was how the IT group engaged with its internal clients to achieve optimum alignment. We developed and documented a set of recommendations for areas of improvements and a detailed implementation plan for the remediation strategy.
